1.When conventional ordinary admixtures are used to improve the fluidity of concrete and increase the concrete ball effect, the usual dosage is 0.3-0.8 kg per ton of admixtures.
2. The dosage in concrete with unshaped sand particles such as coal gangue, tailings sand, weathered sand, shale machine-made sand, granite, etc. is usually 0.6-1 kg.
3. It is used to improve the fluidity and viscosity of machine-made sand concrete with high stone powder content. It is recommended to use 0.8 kg for the first test verification in the initial test, and then adjust according to the actual situation of the concrete mixture.
4. In special tailings sand or manufactured sand with high oil content, if the workability of the concrete is not good, the dosage can be appropriately increased to more than 2 kg to adjust the concrete state that suits you, but while increasing the dosage, Be sure to check the concrete bulk density index at the same time to prevent over-mixing.
5. All recommended usage and dosage are conventional dosages. Unconventional dosages must be determined through experiments.
