Product Description
FRPC-18 is a high-performance polycarboxylate superplasticizer produced by C6 technology. It is designed based on special ionic functional groups and molecular conformation. With steric hindrance and strong electrostatic repulsion, FRPC-18 can effectively improve the adsorption and dispersion ability of superplasticizer and its adaptability to concrete raw materials. and has the advantages of moderate water reduction rate, excellent plastic retention and small slump loss. At the same time, with the continuous hydration of cement, more carboxyl groups can be released to disperse cement particles continuously, and the concrete has the advantages of excellent plastic retention and small slump loss. The water reduction rate of concrete is≥25%, and the highest water reduction rate in concrete is 50% of FRPC-02. If a concrete with a slump of 130mm is required to be held for 1 hour to 3 hours, a concrete with a slump of 160-180mm is held for 1 hour to 3 hours, and a concrete with a slump of 220mm is held for 1 hour to 4 hours, the technical specifications can be reached by adjusting the formula using FRPC-18. It is widely used in hydropower, nuclear power, railway, highway, port, bridge, tunnel, house, workshop floor, underground structure construction and other concrete projects.
