Product Description
FRPC-09 is a high-performance polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer produced by C6 technology. It is designed based on special ionic functional groups and molecular conformation. With steric hindrance and strong electrostatic repulsion, FRPC-09 can effectively improve the adsorption and dispersion ability of superplasticizer and its adaptability to concrete raw materials, and has the advantages of moderate water reduction rate, excellent plastic retention and small slump loss. The water reduction rate of concrete is≥25%, and the highest water reduction rate in concrete is 80% of FRPC-02. If the concrete with a slump of 180mm is required to be maintained for one hour, this product can be mainly used to achieve this purpose through formula adjustment. It is widely used in hydropower, nuclear power, railway, highway, port, bridge, tunnel, house, workshop floor, underground structure construction and other concrete projects. The technology is very mature and the product quality is stable. You are welcome to compare its performance with the product you are using.

Formula
Taking the temperature of 30℃and 1.0Kg(L)/100Kg cement as an example, the following formula test can be used when the slump of concrete is required to be maintained at 160-180mm for 1 hour:
