Product Description
FRPD-02 is a powder product of polycarboxylic acid high performance water reducing agent produced by C6 technology. Unlike traditional polycarboxylic acid powder water reducing agent, there is no spacer in the product and it can be completely dissolved in water. FRPD-02 is designed based on special ionic functional groups and molecular conformation. With steric hindrance and strong electrostatic repulsion, FRPD-02 can effectively improve the adsorption and dispersion ability of water reducer and the adaptability to concrete raw materials, and has the characteristics of high water reduction rate, excellent plastic retention and high reinforcement. The water reduction rate of concrete is ≥25%, and the water reduction rate can be as high as 35% in different mix applications. It is widely used in hydropower, nuclear power, railway, highway, port, bridge, tunnel, house, workshop floor, underground structure construction and other concrete projects. FRPD-02 can be directly added to cement and gypsum based mortar products that require powder water-reducing agents, such as self-leveling cement, self-leveling gypsum, grouting material, grouting material, pavement repair material, steel fiber grouting material, etc. In these powder building materials that need to use high water reducing properties of water reducing agents, this product can replace the original powder products, and will reduce the amount, because you originally used polycarboxylic acid powder has 10% of the ineffective ingredients.
