Product Description
PVA fiber for concrete (or mortar) is an ideal eco-friendly cement reinforcement material developed by our company. It's unique molecular structure allows them to bond well with cement. It also offer excellent alkali and weather resistance.
Adding PVA fibers to cement concrete (or mortar) effectively controls cracks caused by plastic shrinkage and temperature changes. This addition prevents and suppresses crack formation and development. It improves the flexural strength, impact strength, and crack resistance of concrete. It also enhances the permeability resistance, impact resistance, and seismic capacity of concrete.
These fiber can be widely used in walls, roofs, floors, roads, bridges, tunnels, and slope reinforcement for both industrial and civil construction.
In the field of cement concrete engineering, commonly used crack-resistant reinforcement fibers include steel fibers, glass fibers, polypropylene fibers, and asbestos. Compared to these materials, PVA fibers possess unique properties that offer extensive development prospects in engineering and construction applications.
PVA fibers having a good affinity acid resistance with cement. Mainly used for concrete products, such as proximate matter or sheet material, suppress micro-cracks caused by plastic shrinkage of concrete, this product non-polluting, Nowdays it gradually replacing asbestos become a new material, also it has been widely used in engineering fields railway, water conservancy etc.
Application
1.High-Grade Concrete Surfaces: Use in pavements, guardrails, bridge decks, and factory floors with high crack resistance requirements. This can extend the pavement's service life by 5-10 years and replace steel wire mesh.
2.Hydraulic Engineering: Apply in concrete pouring projects like panel dams, spillways, and diversion holes that require high permeability and impact resistance.
3.Airport Runways and Taxiways: Significantly enhance the impact resistance of surfaces. This reduces debris from cracks at joints, preventing small fragments from being sucked into engines and improving aircraft performance.
4.Tunnels and Mines: Use in sprayed concrete reinforcement for walls and ceilings, as well as in pumped concrete applications.
5.Basement Walls and Floors: Provide waterproofing for basement sidewalls, floors, water storage channels, and pools to prevent leakage.
6.Protective Engineering: Enhance impact and fatigue resistance in ports, docks, storage yards, and waterways. This prevents cracking and water seepage.
7.Mortar Finishing: Use on warehouse and building interiors and exteriors to prevent cracking and leaking caused by temperature fluctuations.
8.Cement Prefabricated Elements: Improve the toughness and impact resistance of cement panels, beams, wall cladding, thermal insulation boards, pipes, utility poles, and pile heads. This reduces cracks, prevents leakage, and lowers costs.

Package & Storage
Standard packed in 25kgs per plastic woven bag
Storage:It should be stocked in dry and cool places. Please keep the product in its original packing before use, avoiding moisture.
The shelf life is2 year( 24 months)
Usage Instructions
1.Accurately weigh the fibers based on the specified addition amount and the volume of concrete to be mixed each time.
2.Mix mortar, aggregate, and fibers (mix for 30-60 seconds), then add water and continue mixing until complete.
3.After mixing, take a random sample. If the fibers are evenly dispersed as single strands, the concrete is ready for use. If you still see clumped fibers, extend the mixing time by 30-60 seconds before using.
4.The construction and curing processes for concrete with added fibers are the same as those for ordinary concrete.
