Naphthalene series water-reducing agent products are characterized by the water reduction rate is not as high as PCE series, the general water reduction rate is less than or equal to 16%, and it is impossible to produce products with an added amount of 1.0Kg (L) /100Kg cement. Formula

The minimum content of liquid products produced by naphthalene powder water-reducing agent is 1.5Kg(L)/100Kg cement, and the admixture with slump retention time exceeding 1.5 hours cannot be produced. If it is necessary to maintain concrete with a slump of 160mm for more than 2 hours, naphthalene water reducer is difficult to do, if it is barely done, then the setting time of concrete will be extended, and there will be a great safety risk. Moreover, naphthalene sulfonate superplasticizer is difficult to produce pumped high-strength concrete above C60. If you produce C100 concrete, you can only use PCE series products, especially FRPC-02. Concrete with slump retention of more than 3 hours can only be achieved by using PCE.
